1. Introduction
At Slay, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase made on our website. Therefore, we've created these return policies aligned with Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, which protects your rights as a consumer in e-commerce. Here you'll find all the information on how and when you can return a product.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, you have the right of withdrawal, which allows you to return any product purchased on our website within 3 business days of delivery, without needing to justify your decision. For a return to be accepted, the product must meet these requirements:
Not having been used.
Keep in its original condition, including labels, packaging and accessories.
Not to present damage or alterations.
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, unless they are defective or do not meet the promise.
3. Payment Reversal
If the product does not meet the characteristics advertised on our website or has quality defects, you can request a payment reversal pursuant to Article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011. To do so, you must:
Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Return the product in the same condition in which you received it.
We will process the refund once we receive and verify the product.
4. Return Process
To return a product, whether by withdrawal or reversal of payment, follow these steps:

Documentation: Indicates:
Order number.
Reason for return.
Product photos (if applicable, for defects).
Packaging: Place the product in its original packaging with all labels and accessories included.
Shipping: We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for pickup. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we'll cover them.
5. Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned product:
Deadline: The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days, as established by Law 1480 of 2011.
Method: Payment will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Conditions: For returns due to withdrawal, initial shipping costs are not refundable. If the return is due to defects or errors on the part of Slay, we will cover all costs.
6. Exceptions to the Policy
We do not accept returns of:
Used, washed or altered products.
Products without labels or original packaging.
Items on sale or clearance, except for quality defects.
7. Legal Guarantee
