Warranty Policy

1. Introduction

This warranty policy details the rights and obligations related to products purchased through our website, in compliance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) and applicable Colombian legislation.


2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing or material defects present in the products at the time of delivery. Some examples include:


Defective or broken seams.

Fabrics with imperfections or damage.

Zippers, buttons, or other accessories that do not work properly.

Abnormal discoloration after washing, provided the care instructions have been followed.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Alterations or repairs made without authorization from Slay.

Problems arising from failure to follow washing or care instructions.

3. Warranty Period

According to Law 1480 of 2011, the warranty period for clothing products is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. During this time, customers may file claims for defects covered by this policy.


4. Procedure for Enforcing the Guarantee

To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Replacement with a new product.

Refund of the amount paid.

The option chosen will depend on the nature of the defect and product availability.


5. Client Responsibilities

For the warranty to be valid, the customer must:


Follow the care and washing instructions included with the product.

Do not make any modifications or repairs without authorization from Slay.

Return the product in its original condition (with tags and accessories), if requested.

6. Returns and Refunds

If the product is declared defective and covered by the warranty:


Slay will cover the shipping costs for return and replacement or repair.

In the event of a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 15 business days of claim approval.
